Only 2 STEPS to setup your Score A - PreSchool portal PLEASE READ THESE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE FILLING UP THE FORM. 1. This form is used to Activate, Maintain and Top-up the Score A - PreSchool portal which will have one Parent and one Dependent/child Login. 2. The Parent ID will be used to manage your portal such as add additional dependent, change of address, phone numbers and etc. 3. The Dependent ID will be used to access the Score A - PreSchool programme. 4. To activate your portal, you must have the Online Module Maintenance Code. 5. You MUST proceed to Top-Up your portal with the Module Top-up Code.
